Monday to Friday, the reception is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the reception is closed.
During the hotel’s closing hours, please use the check-in machine located at the side entrance of the hotel at Pohlstraße 2.
